By Petrice DouglasBlaze and Black – House of Blues September 2, 2016
We should have listened the first time when we heard about the fusion of sounds and cosmic energy hip hop duo Blaze and Black bring to the stage. All we have to say is, “they are one hell of a duo!”
The two along with band The Artthrobs layer r&b, pop, and hip hop to create a nice palatable sound that keeps you wanting more. The lyrical flare and high energy Black exudes across the stage is infectious while Blaze’s vocals help you feel every word.
More on Blaze and Black
because that’s what I was when I saw Todrick Hall’s Straight Outta Oz. Babbyyyyyy, if I tell you that it will take your breath away. EVERYTHING about it is exceptional from the visual, the music, the transitions from one song to another, the way the music coordinates with the visual, the creativity of it all. I have not been this excited about a creative work like this since Michael Jackson. Yes, I said it…..Michael Jackson. No shade Lemonade.
OVER 1 MILLION VIEWS ON YOUTUBE AND COUNTING!
Not only is Todrick doing it, but he will be doing it LIVE on tour starting July 7th. I know I will be in the house when he comes to Houston. Believe me when I tell you that you need to see Straight Outta Oz right now. Here is the link so you don’t have any excuses not to stop what your doing (Because I’m done with this post. Thanks for reading.) Straight Outta Oz
Best to Todrick!

In the words of my grandmother, “that girl can sang!”
I had the pleasure of hearing Krystal Keith this morning at the 93Q studio, and all I can say is WOW! She has such a soulful flare mixed with that true country sound that reminds me of the greats that you never get tired of hearing. Krystal did a rendition of Son Of A Preacher Man that took me to church. Can I get a amen?! Krystal’s voice will convert those who claim they are not really in to country music.
You will do yourself an injustice if you miss out on Krystal Keith http://www.krystalkeith.com/
